Hazel, willow, beef and storytelling from Bedfordshire

Back to Woburn

Wassledine at Woburn

Wassledine at Woburn

It’s been 10 months amazingly, but I was back at Woburn Farmers’ Market today. It was cold and I hadn’t put on enough clothes. Also someone had dug up the market so we were pushed across the road onto a lovely bit of grass. After a deal of grumbling we pressed on and it wasn’t too bad – cold though!

It was good to be back meeting customers and hearing what they like and don’t like. Interesting chats, amongst othe things, about wattle and daub and new hazel coppice. Although I didn’t sell too much it’s a good start to the spring season and I’m keen to bring more to Harpenden next Sunday and Woburn in April.

Let me know if you want something for next time.
