Wassledine beef days – 19 & 26 July (thanks to June for this lovely image)

It’s been a while coming, but we are very pleased to let you know that we will soon have fresh beef to sell once again, produced from the Wassledine herd of Red Poll cattle. After  almost three months out on the grass the herd is looking great – glossy and gleaming, especially after recent rain. 

Here’s how to order:

1. Take a look at our price list on the web site or download an order form as a pdf
2. Decide what you’d like to order – talk to us if you need to (or if you’d just like a chat) – we are always happy to offer advice on quantities and help to demystify confusing butchery terminology
3. Get an order back to us as soon as possible, by email, phone or on paper. If you have any different cut and pack specifications for the butcher, we need to know by Monday 8 July
4. We will confirm your order
5. Collect your beef from us at 5 Campton Road, Gravenhurst (please note different address – click for map) on Friday 19 or 26 July (we are happy to deliver in or around Gravenhurst)
